    • Our preliminary proposal for the NSF 07-601 Datanet program solicitation was not accepted - ref. http://ontolog.cim3.net/forum/oor-nsf07601/2009-04/msg00000.html (auth. required)
    • Ken: the impression was that our proposal did not match Datanet objectives very well.
    • Ken: would be nice to get FrankOlken's help to explore other programs and to get a meeting with the NSF program officers (datanet etc.)
    • Ken & K will brainstorm other possibilities offline, and post their thinkings to the mailing list
      • Peter: are we too late for some of the stimulus money, ARRA, etc.?
        • Ken: we are already late for the first round, but funding are probably not limited to just one round

    • K: fairly well attended and good result collected ... K will be going through the session audio recording and writing up the 'results' on the session page for future reference.

  • OOR sandbox instance - status review - http://oor-01.cim3.net
    • Ken: have student using the OOR-sandbox and may have use cases related to webservices that may be of interest
      • calling the oor-01 via REST from the wiki ... would need some dialog with the NCBO people
      • Peter: please use the [oor-dev] list ... the upcoming panel session will be a great time to go over these things too.
