    • Kurt: suggest we schedule a UN/CEFACT-ONTOLOG joint teleconference (hopefully on a Thursday) so that we can do a focused discussion

      • Rex: there will be a joint OASIS-ITU conference in Oct. 2006 (UN/CEFACT & ebXML is related somehow)

      • Peter: will try to invite SRI people over, since they are going through an exercise rather similar to ours (which culminates in the 7/23 F2F)
      • had some discussion on cadidate participants to the 2F
        • may need to extend the 6/29 CFP
      • need to recruit a champion to work with Kurt and Rex for scheduling some social activities and other meetings - Rex Brooks (Kurt will join them too) will try to get some sugestion from Mark Musen
      • candidates additional meetings: Stanford SMI, KSL; SRI-AI-Lab, EPRI, IBM-Almaden Research Center, PARC; company with Doug Engelbart;
        • Jack Park: SRI receptive to hosting a meeting at the AI Center; and see the value to arranging some presentations by Ontolog members and their work (e.g. intro to Ontolog, Denise, SOA, ...) to the AI Center people during the meeting.

  • In view of the fact that only 3 of us were here. we only briefly discussed some of the people we might invite as presenters to Max's 2006.07.06 "Ontologizing Ontolog" Discussion Session-2
    • Max will be making the invitations this weekend
      • Peter / Max: we'll look into inviting Tim Redmond or Tania Tudorache of the Protege team to Max's 2006.07.06 panel
