6) Follow-ups from previous calls
- doing something at the upcoming Semantic Technology Conference (May-2007, San Jose, CA, USA)
- Kurt: think of doing face-to-face as a member get together by piggy-begging on other events, e.g. we've be doing this with the Protege conference, how about the Semantic Technology conference.
- Kurt will champion this for the upcoming Semantic Technology conference (May 20~24, 2007, San Jose, CA, USA)
- we probably won't do anything formal
- maybe get people together for dinner, or for a drink
- make sure we don't plan events that conflicts with that week
- Kurt: think of doing face-to-face as a member get together by piggy-begging on other events, e.g. we've be doing this with the Protege conference, how about the Semantic Technology conference.

- Steve: there may be a small registration fee (to cover food, for example, as NIST is not allow to use taxpayer money for that) this year for the Interoperability Week (but hope this will not be a deterrant to people participating.)

- invited speakers (need schedule confirmation): Adam Pease, DeborahMcGuinness, Tom Gruber ..
- discussed: "Probabilistic Reasoning" or related topic - Ken Baclawski, Terry Janssen, Kathy Laskey, Paulo Costa, ... (the invited talks or panel discussion on this could spin off from Steve's mini-series session on a similar topic but addressing ontology evaluation more specifically)
- Steve OntologyMeasurementEvaluation mini-series:
- planning a Feb2007 session for the mini-series with Michael Grüninger and Conrad Bock presenting, will lock in date within this week, and
- then having Ken Baclawski et al. be in the Mar2007 session on Probabilistic Reasoning in relation to evaluation ... which would likely, then, spin off to a more comprehensive session on the general subject of probabilistic reasoning, statistical inferences, ... etc. at a subsequent date.
- Matthew also offered one (after April) on ISO15926
- Ken is also working on Ontology Development Process
- Steve: we (he and Ken) should talk, we (Steve's division at NIST) is doing similar work - take a look at our "Development Life Cycle and Tools for XML Content Models" paper
