This team aim is to deploy a public-facing and visually simplified Ontology Summit 2014 website that will provide access to:

• ontology summit communiqué
• information about Ontology Summit 2014 tracks
• information about Ontology Summit 2014 hackathon activities (call for participation, winners, etc)
• list of ontology summit teleconferences
• Ontology Summit 2014 resources (recommended readings, email archive, ontolog wiki, etc)
• a calendar of ontology summit events (weekly sessions, symposium, hackathon, etc)
• links to social media (twitter, google +, facebook)
• information about the team supporting Ontology summit activities
• sponsors acknowledge page

Plans & Deliverables

• Before publish the website:
  • Decide structure and style ("look and feel") of the site. Alternatives:
    • Reuse last year website adding calendar, links to social media, sponsors page and some minor style changes (quicker development)
    • Maintain structure and change style completely: new colors, fonts and page layout.
    • Create a new structure and style
  • Develop website pages [activities here should be updated according to the selected alternative in previous task]
  • Publish website

• After website publication
  • Publish news about
    • virtual sessions invitation,
    • hackathon activities
    • symposium information

  • Update access to the final version of communiqué (at the end of summit)
