Marcin P. Joachimiak

Dr. Marcin P. Joachimiak is a prominent researcher in bioinformatics, focusing on the integration of semantic technologies, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and AI/ML into biological data analysis. His significant contributions in the DOE KnowledgeBase project involves designing applications that blend data science, machine learning, and ontology integration, enhancing computational biology and genomics research. He has developed KG-Microbe and contributed to KG-Hub, projects that create and exchange biological knowledge graphs, integrating them with machine learning tools for advanced data analysis and predictions.
