email: kesilliman [at] rcn.com

Keith Silliman spent 42 years as a computer performance and a system performance analyst as a contractor to the U.S. Government, employed by IBM for 26 years and then 16 years for Loral and Lockheed-Martin. He worked on the measurement of the performance of large scale systems during the development and integration, starting with the Apollo program with NASA, followed by the FAA's Enroute Air Traffic Control system. Since the mid-70's he has worked within the classified Defense / Intelligence world with many of the programs comparable in scale to the NASA and FAA programs. Many of the later programs involved measurement of the performance of the operational systems.
