George Thomas is an Enterprise Architect at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. George leads the Semantic Web and Linked Data team in the Data.gov Program Management Office, and co-chairs the World Wide Web Consortium Government Linked Data Working Group. George teaches Service Oriented Architecture as a faculty instructor at the Graduate School. Prior to joining HHS in September 2009, George was the Chief Architect at the U.S. General Services Administration.
