My focus areas include formal ontology, philosophy, and topics in specific disciplines (space, maritime). Output has included: approx. 24 publications, mostly in ontology, (inter)national standards documents, reports, national agency documents, co-led working groups, workshops, etc. Since approx. 2009 I continue to give extensive volunteering, serving in semantic and ontology-related committees and groups, such as OntologForum, Ontology Summit, and IAOA. I'm an independent researcher for lack of full-time employment opportunities. I actively seek study or employment opportunities to establish a stable sustainable career-path.
