Ouissem Benmesbah

I am Ouissem Ben from Algeria, I am a PhD student in computer science and I am working on the design and implementation of context aware mobile learning systems. In this step of my research I need some help about how we can create an ontology based domain model to model the learning resources and an ontology based learners'context model. As a beginner I find a lot of problems to accomplish this mission.
