Ontology Summit 2014: Face-to-face Workshop and Symposium - Registration, Venue and Access     (1)

Event: OntologySummit2014_Symposium (face-to-face workshop) hosted by the NCO_NITRD     (1A)

The culmination of Ontology Summit 2014 - a 2-day workshop and symposium event in the Greater Washington, DC Area hosted by NCO_NITRD. The event will be held at the NSF Stafford Place (near the Ballston Station of the DC Metro - Arlington, Virginia) and will support both face-to-face (on-site) and virtual (remote) participation! ... Participation is free of charge.     (1B)

Attendance is free-of-charge, but on-site participants must be pre-registered (there is no on-site registration) so that badges can be available at the entrance to the NSF Stafford Place. On-site attendees should plan to arrive at the NSF (4201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22230, USA) Stafford-I lobby by about 8:00am EDT on April-28 (day-1), to allow time to get your badge, proceed to the symposium venue, and get settled before the program starts at 8:30am EDT.     (1J5)

  • The National Science Foundation (NSF) is located at 4201 Wilson Boulevard (Stafford Place I), Arlington, VA 22230. The OntologySummit2014_Symposium will be held in Rm. 1235 (12th floor of NSF Stafford I Building).     (1J6)
  • Before proceeding to the meeting space in Stafford I �� Rm. 1235, you must first obtain a visitor��s badge at NSF Information and Conference Center Desk. It is located on the first floor of Stafford Place I at the N. Stuart and 9th Streets entrance. Once you have obtained your visitor��s badge, please proceed to the meeting location on the 12th floor �� Rm. 1235/NSF Boardroom.     (1J7)
  • If you are traveling by Metro, take the Orange line to Vienna (Virginia) and get off at the Ballston-MU stop. Upon exiting Metro, proceed south on N.
