Payam Barnaghi is an Assistant Professor in the Institute for Communication Systems (ICS) at the University of Surrey. He is a senior member of IEEE and a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. He is (co-)Editor-in-Chief of the Int. Journal on Semantic Web and Information Systems, an Associate Editor of the IEEE Internet of Things Journal and Journal of Digital Communications and Networks, and a guest editor of a special issue of the IEEE Intelligent Systems on Web of Things. He was an invited expert at the W3C Incubator group on Semantic Sensor Networks. He is principal investigator and coordinator of the EU FP7 CityPulse project [http://www.ict-citypulse.eu]. His research interests include machine learning, Internet of Things, semantic web, web services, information centric networks and information search and retrieval. | |||

Payam Barnaghi
