'''Marcela Oliva''' serves as the facilities knowledge management professional expert in the Los Angeles Community College District as and as member of the NASA Knowledge Management / Knowledge Architecture team. Developing sustainable educational models and innovating teaching methodologies, she incorporated the vision of an object-building with a life cycle model that operates in a digital environment and a design process that is socially connected to the community. She also envisioned and implemented an LACCD e7 architecture studio as the district geospatial repository and enterprise building mode to visualize space among all stakeholders, maintain buildings, monitor active solar strategies and plan the economic development strategies for all nine campuses, with a total of five million square feet. She received the governor’s number one SB70 GIS grant and received numerous federal and state grants and awards in technology, GIS and BIM.

Space as a vessel of memory where all human experiences can be capture and
seen at the same time through layers of spatial data; natural environment, man made environment and
social environment. Spatial information systems can acquire, integrate, interpret, model and analyze new
relationships and patterns never seen before.

There is no idea without a form

All of its proofs are very clear and orderly. It is hardly possible
for errors to enter into geometrical reasoning, because it is well arranged
and orderly. Thus, the mind that constantly applies itself to geometry
is not likely to fall into error. In this convenient way, the person who
knows geometry acquires intelligence.
