[13:02] RaviSharma: Ram described an NSF opportunity relating to OKN and also informed that an issue can perhaps be put together for washington journal relating to ontology.

[13:06] RaviSharma: Doug mentioned need of more than one person and role of AI HCI etc for understanding the whole system and its error free certification

[13:11] TerryLongstreth: The Washington Academy of Sciences has a peer-reviewed journal. Ram and I are members of the Board of Managers of the Academy.
