** as of last Monday, there are about 70 people registered for on-site; and 11 for remote participation (as of this morning)
** we'll be in Building 101 (Administration Building) using the NIST "employee lounge"
*** set aside half-an-hour to get pass the gate check, badging and getting to the building
** there will be "guest wireless access" which are not within the NIST firewalls

** we will not be "hosting" coffee and refreshments, participants can buy their coffee etc. from the cafeteria, which is right across from the room

** those staying at the hotel should make arrangements for the hotel to shuttle them to the NIST campus
