  • Designed and implemented a metadata approach to support ITIL incident management processes. The approach bridged the technical and business gap to permit untrained analysts to identify the business impact of technical outages, route production incidents, identify teams for triage, and monitor key end-to-end business scenarios.
  • Designed and implemented metadata structure to track large-scale SOA architecture including events, topics, queues and security
  • Refined metadata structure that connects overall business objectives, business questions, and designs to a functional reporting implementation
