Nils Sandsmark has been general manager of POSC Caesar since 1999. POSC Caesar is an international, not-for-profit, member organization that promotes the development of openly available standards for enabling the integration and interoperability of data and software. Mr. Sandsmark has been involved in the development of ISO 15926 since it was initiated in 1997. He is also the leader of the Oil, Gas, Process and Power team in ISO TC 184/SC4 that is responsible for ISO 15926. Mr. Sandsmark is a senior principal engineer at DNV.
