  • Summit face-to-face related announcements:     (1G8)
    • as of last Monday, there are about 70 people registered for on-site; and 11 for remote participation (as of this morning)     (1G8A)
    • we'll be in Building 101 (Administration Building) using the NIST "employee lounge"     (1G8B)
      • set aside half-an-hour to get pass the gate check, badging and getting to the building     (1G8B1)
    • there will be "guest wireless access" which are not within the NIST firewalls     (1G8C)

    • we will not be "hosting" coffee and refreshments, participants can buy their coffee etc. from the cafeteria, which is right across from the room     (1G9A)

    • Fabian explained the process about getting registered at the gate and then parking     (1G12A)
    • Fabian will help put up a map to NIST, and a campus map (indicated where our meeting would be)     (1G12B)

    • those staying at the hotel should make arrangements for the hotel to shuttle them to the NIST campus     (1G12D)
    • there is a shuttle between the Shady Grove Metro station and the Gaithersburg NIST campus (leaving at 15-min & 45-min. points at each hour) - please refer to details at the NIST-directions     (1G12E)
